OPs are the people who have the @ next to their names and they are normally super moderators and in addition to OPs, we have Half Ops. Half Ops are users with a % next to their names, they are normally moderators. What's the difference between @ and %'s? @ have more power. Finally, the people who have a ~ and & next to their names are the admins and they have full control of the channel.
