The PokéCheats Forum Rules and Guidelines was developed to establish a benchmark for a safe and healthy community, and to provide clarity to normal members of the standard that moderators base their decisions from. While effort has been taken to ensure utmost clarity; the PokéCheats Forum Rules and Guidelines are enforced with their subjective interpretation by the respective moderator, in accordance to the relative context.

This document specifies the minimum requirements expected of the community from the staff and a series of suggestive guidelines for an enjoyable user experience. It is universally applicable to the PokéCheats Forum domain, including: Private Messages, Social Groups, Visitor Messages, Tags and Tournaments.
- You will not create, distribute or specify content that violates local or United States law.
- This website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you are not authorized by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) to use this website without verifiable parental consent, and will not be afforded access to any features of this website that allow for you to provide information to us or to share information with other users on this forum.
- You agree, through use of this service, that you will not post unrelated 'spam' content, or flood the forum. You also agree to not evade the automatic spam and flood filters, or make attempt thereof.

- You agree, through use of this service, that you will alert the staff through the inbuilt VBulletin report function of any instance in which the above rules have been broken. You agree to not abuse this feature, nor make unnecessary attempts to resolve the situation yourself. ('minimodding')
- You may not break or 'hack' the website, or do anything which interferes with the normal day to day running thereof. This includes scrapers, bots, automatic posters and scripts.
- You acknowledge that we reserve the right to change and amend these rules and guidelines at any given time, and accept full responsibility to regularly read rule and guideline changes.
