So today we will be making this.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/Llongsig.png

Ok so first open your canvas,
I used 120x400.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut1png.png

Past in your render(duplicate it a bunch of time cause you'll need it) and smudge( the first render) it.
My setting were
Vine brush spacing 1
Rate 90 apply jitter 0.20.

Set that layer grain merge at 47%.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut2png.png

Now on another render layer Gaussian blur it by 7 or up to 9.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut3png.png

Now make a render layer Visible.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut4png.png

Now set the next 2 render layers to burn.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut5png.png
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut6png.png

Now on a new layer take out a purple soft brush and brush somewhere on the render,
set it to screen 100%.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut7png.png
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut8png.png

Now do it again with a light blue brush,
set to grain merge at 39%.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut9png.png
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut10png.png

Now yet again with a green brush,
set to grain merge at 46%.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut11png.png
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut12png.png

Time for some G Maps!
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut13png.png
At grain merge 20%.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut14png.png

http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut15png.png
At grain merge at 20%.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut165png.png

Now we need a light source,
Take out a soft white brush and low the opacity to 23%.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut16png.png
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut17png.png

Now take a all black layer and set it to overlay at 7%.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut18png.png
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut19png.png

Now just add a splatter brush clipping mask.
http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss153/BlackRain_album/tut20png.png

And your all set!!

Just make a new file. And copy each step and add text all onto one coloured new file.

Just use the crop tool on your image to expand it.
