Mystery Gift data for 5th Gen.

A .PGF file is Mystery Gift Wonder Card data for Black and White games. You can import a .PGF into your game's save file, by using Pokesav. You can also use Pokesav to create an Action Replay code from your .PGF file. Once you have loaded a .PGF file, your game will allow you to receive that event.

Just going to note that PokeGen is a lot better for 5th Gen Mystery Gift editing, since COM didn't actually manage to fully fix up PokeSav and all.

PokeGen is also a considerably lot more user friendly and from what I see, has no data corruption whatsoever as compared to other Mystery Gift Editors. Supports AR Code Export too!

How does one import a PGF via Pokesav?

To import a .PGF file into your save file by using Pokesav:

In the upper-left, click open and load your save file.
In the lower-right, click the Edit button for Wonder Cards.
Click the Load PGF button, and select the .PGF file you would like to load.
Copy the Card ID from the .PGF file you just loaded, and add it to the Wonder Card IDs list.
Click OK.
Click Save to save the changes you made to your save file.
