View Full Version : What conventions have you been to or will go to this year?

This includes E3, ComicCon, Otakon, BroNYcon (Problem?), etc.

So far, I've been to E3, but that's it. I do want to go to Otakon, though.

I've been to Otakon and Magfest! I'm going to Otakon again next month. Both of em were a blast.

I would love to go to PAX East, PAX Prime, Magfest and E3. I would love to go but I can't afford it and I dont live in the US.

I'm going to go to Otakon! I might not if my mom is unfair, though I doubt that.

Just a word of advice. E3 is probable one of the worse to attend due to a lot of companies don't let you see their game or you wait in a 2 hour line. Other conventions you get to play the games and the lines are short.

Either way, I still went there, and it was pretty fun. Of course the biggest gaming event in history is going to have a long wait time.

I went to AnimeNext with a few friends, and then got cheated out of panel (I was the cutoff, unfortunately) Other than that, it was amazing.

I've never been to a convention due to travel expenses and lack of free time, but I would enjoy them if I had the opportunity. I like CES, E3, and various hacker conventions such as blackhat.

Looks like I'll be going to Otakon in July, and I'll be going to Tsubascon in October as well. Tsubascon is the only major anime convention in my tri-state area, and it happens to be taking place in the city I'll be going to college in, so yay. xD

Probably going to go and visit SugoiCon this year, and maybe early next year go to OhayoCon.

Hopefully, I can go to NakaCon next year if school doesn't get in the way. Other than that, I haven't been to any conventions, mainly because there are no conventions in the Kansas City area that interests me.

I've been to Otakon briefly a few years ago but didn't really get to enjoy it at all.
