torterra comes from pearl and so does garchomp.I don't use legendaries.Should I fight the elite four for a second time yet?

It's a good team and yes weavile can learn surf.I know it's weird but it's true.Get one and try it.:D

The team is okay for playing the game, unless you want competitive it's good.
I'd give it 6/10.

It's an ok team. You are a little weak to Ice and Fire type Pokemon though.

Your team is pretty good, though three of your pokemon are weak to weak to ice types. I'd give it a good 8/10.
As for challenging the elite 4 again, I would train up untill all your pokemon are level 75.

Crobat: DEFOG???? That is an useless move. How about trying a set like this:
- Fly
- U-turn
- Toxic
- Cross Poison
Air Slash is not recommended due to crap Special attack.

Garchomp: Dragon Claw > Dragon Rush. Also Flamethrower??

Torterra: Stone Edge > Cut(another stupid and pointless move). The rest is fine.

Weavile: SURF?? If you really want a surfer, then Weavile is not your friend. So replace Surf with Night Slash. Also, Brick Break > Rock Smash.

Infernape: Again, Stone Edge > Flame wheel

Lucario: Do you want a physical attacker? Then, Earthquake > Aura Sphere. Thre rest is fine

When I make a team on ANY game, I adhere to strict rules:
1 Grass Type, 1 Water Type, 1 Fire Type, 1 Flying Type, 1 Electric Type, 1 other type.

A water type is advisory on your team. I'd recommend Vaporeon, Floatzel or Gastrodon. Otherwise, decent team, though you need to rethink your moveset. Cut and Rock Smash are useless unless on an HM Slave.

Git rid of rock smash on weavile because Weavile is not the pokemon that needs rock smash also git rid of cut on Torterra and defog off of crobat and the rest of your team is good but when you get rid of defog give it fly instead.
