The ability to close your own threads

I have decided to think of lots of ideas for this forum. Maybe ine if these days this forum will be cooler because of me :cool:

So anyway, why not? If you start A thread, realize you said something totaly stupid and want to skip the people telling you how stupid your thread was, you should be able to. Also, it would just be a good addition. What do you think?

I want to say it would be easier to not type unwanted stuff in threads in the first place, but that's a lot easier to decide in hindsight. And sometimes the perfectly intelligent content of a thread just gets outdated, or something along those lines.

For now, it seems like a good idea. Although it also seems easier enough to just ask a staff member to close a thread like that for you.
