A few suggestions for giving comments.

On Giving-
-Always remember, the point of Constructive criticism is to help the person get better. Don't post to show off or make fun of other people.
-If the person is angry, it means that you have failed as a critic. Remember, all people who are making GFX are real people. You must respect people when you give criticism.
-Don't criticize everything that a person is doing. Make sure that you include something that will boost their morale, something as simple as Keep it up! could work. No one wants to only see criticism; it'll make them feel bad about themselves.
-The artists will not always agree with you. This does not mean it is right for you to flame him or her. Accept it, and move on.
-All feedback is good, even if its just a short sentence, such as "I don't like the border".

On taking-
-Adress the constructive criticism. The writer took the time to look at your piece and give you detailed feedback. Don't waste it, and make sure you read and understand what they are saying.
-All feedback is worthy of thanks. Even simple words like great! and awesome! are feedback. Thank these people as well.
-Don't get mad at people for their opinions. If you disagree with their constructive criticism, explain why, but avoid flaming.

Also, another friendly tip, if you wish to receive feedback, it is in your best interest to give it to others as well.

Good luck, and have a nice day!
