Well, here we are again. I just went ahead and made my first tier team(and maybe my last >.>), in OU. So, please rate, and don't hesitate to say anything.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP, 88 Def, 168 SpD
Moves:
Spikes
Leech Seed
Protect
Power Whip

This guy......I'm not so sure of. It's my lead after all, but felt that it needs something else. Spikes for you know what. Leech Seed+Protect+Leftovers=Healing Opportunity. And Power Whip for Attack.

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk, 4 Def, 252 SpD
Moves:
Dragon Dance
Outrage
Fire Punch
Earthquake

MULTISCALEMULTISCALEMULTISCALE. Yeah, basically.

Conkeldurr @ Leftovers
Ability: Guts
Nature: Brave
EVs: 120 HP, 252 Atk, 136 SpD
IVs: 0 Spe
Moves:
Bulk Up
Drain Punch
Mach Punch
Payback

Hurrrrrrr Durrrrrrrrr Durrrrrrrrrrrr. Standard Conkeldurr set. Bulk Up for stat raising(the Attack stat is now INSANLEY HIGH), Drain P+Leftovers+Moving after Opponent=GOOD HEALING. And Payback is mixed in with the 0 Spe IV and Brave nature.

Jellicent @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP, 36 Def, 220 SpD
Moves:
Scald
Recover
Toxic
Shadow Ball

Special Wall. GOGOGO. The only thing I'm thinking about is replacing Shadow Ball with Hex, though Shadow Ball is great with STAB.

Volcarona @ Life Orb
Ability: Flame Body
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SpA, 4 SpD, 252 Spe
Moves:
Quiver Dance
Bug Buzz
Fiery Dance
HP Rock

It just yells "SPECIAL SWEEPER". Nothing I'm really worried about, except that it really sweeps.

http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20101101055118/es.pokemon/images/f/ff/Reuniclus_NB.gif
Reuniclus @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpD
Moves:
Calm Mind
Recover
Psychic
Focus Blast

This is one I don't really know about. I've used a Reuniclus before, and it was great, but again, Speed is like a top priority in the metagame if you don't have some way of making it up. Calm Mind to boost stats. Recover to heal any damage while setting up Calm Mind, Psychic is STAB priority move, and FB for those who resist.

A few people on the chat told me that I should get a Scarfer, like Genesect. I just don't see it happening on my team.

So, what do you guys think of it? It's my first attempt, so try to give some advice next tme when I make a tier team.

EDIT: Did I really make my 800th post on this thread? Whatever.

Really good team here. Nothing to comment on because your team is standard as standard gets. My only suggestions:
Psyshock>Psychic on Reuniclus so you have the advantage against other CM users
Gyro Ball>Protect on Ferrothorn. As awesome as extra Leech Seed recovery sounds, Ferrothorn has proven himself to me time and time again by OHKO'ing or 2HKO'ing threats like Latios, Dragonite, Espeon, Tyranitar and Tornadus with Gyro Ball. I also prefer 64 Atk, 188 Def on Ferro but that's just my preference.

If you're using Life Orb then put the 252 EVs in Special Attack.
