So, I'm trying to get into the Online perspective of Pokémon, by using P-Online and P-Showdown, and I have to say, its quite fun. I have tried to use OU, but it didn't work out too well for me, so I decided to try UU. Please bear in mind when you read this that I'm new and have a bad idea of what I should need on my team:

Registeel @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Seismic Toss
- Earthquake

Ambipom @ Life Orb
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Return
- Low Kick
- Pursuit

Mienshao @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
- U-turn
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Hi Jump Kick
- Stone Edge

Roserade @ Black Sludge
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SDef
Calm Nature
- Spikes
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Synthesis

Chandelure @ Choice Specs
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 120 HP / 252 SAtk / 8 SDef / 128 Spd
Modest Nature
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball

Yanmega @ Life Orb
Trait: Speed Boost
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Air Slash
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Protect

Rate this, CnC and all that if that still applies. Thank you :)

Good Team. Nothing you need to change, but maybe you should replace Ambipom with something like a water type.

Shadow Claw > Earthquake.

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature

Ambipom sucks so bad. I'd rather use a Choice Scarf Porygon-Z, with Tri Attack, Dark Pulse, HP Fighting and Ice Beam.
Mienshao @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
What nature?
- U-turn
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Hi Jump Kick
- Stone Edge
Choice Scarf has no point as Mienshao is already very fast. Use a Life Orb, because Regenerator can recover your HP back.
Roserade @ Black Sludge
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SDef
Calm Nature
- Spikes
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Synthesis
Energy Ball > Giga Drain, since you already have a recovery move.
Chandelure @ Choice Specs
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 120 HP / 252 SAtk / 8 SDef / 128 Spd
Modest Nature
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball
I have nothing to say about this.
Yanmega @ Life Orb
Trait: Speed Boost
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Air Slash
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Protect
Yanmega is pretty meh without a spinner.

Decent team, though it can be improved here and there.

If you want to run CS Mienshao I personally prefer Reckless over Regenerator to smash through things with HJK better. You also don't have to worry about LO recoil accumulating with that set, but both abilities are useful, especially since you have nothing to kill hazards.

Also, Mienshao is Ambipom but much better and there's no real reason to have both.

This is actually a pretty good team, just make sure you play to their strengths and learn from mistakes made by both sides in battle and you should be good. You might also have a bit of a problem with rock types though.
