So I'm new to wifi battling and stuff so I wanna get recommendations for good pokemon to use in wifi battles. NO LEGENDARY. I'm in the middle of EV training my beldum so all I need is 5 other pokemon recommendations. And if its not to much to ask what are good movesets for a Metagross? Thank You

Never say "no legendaries" when it comes to competitive Pokemon. Two names for you, Regigigas (http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/regigigas) and Blaziken. (http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/blaziken) One is insanely hard to access unless you have an event or accessible communications between different Pokemon games, and yet you will never see it used by someone who is not trolling or insanely skilled; the other is a common starter who you can request on the GTS and breed to your heart's content, yet it's banned in all but the Uber tier of Smogon.

That aside, you can do a lot with Metagross. You can use it to set up entry hazards and troll around with Pursuit and Hammer Arm, throw a Choice Band at it and use it to annihilate specific Pokemon, turn it into a physical juggernaut with Agility and Meteor Mash, or a lot of other things. Ideal team partners, I suppose, would be able to switch in on Ground and Fire wielders, maybe Skarmory or Chandelure or Heatran if you can get past your phobia of legendaries.

You can find some useful information about Metagross here (http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/metagross) and here (http://www.serebii.net/potw-bw/376.shtml).

On any team in Generation 5, it's a probably good idea to have either a counter to weather teams or use a weather team yourself. Metagross probably would do best on a weather team of sand, since it's immune to the residual damage that every other non-Ground, Rock or Steel would take. I like Sun myself, but that would make Metagross even more weak to Fire so I don't think you want to do that. Find someone with the Cloud Nine ability if you want to go weatherless.

Smogon (www.smogon.com/), Serebii's Pokemon of the Week (www.serebii.net/potw-bw/) and UbersSuck20 are your best resources for team building in Pokemon.

This is one of the strangest things I have ever seen posted in this board.

Would you rather I suggested asking your 8-year-old cousin who started with Charizard and Mudkipz?

People who start with Mudkip are intelligent. =p

You know who else is intelligent? Those who start with Chikorita in GSC/HGSS.

Pretty sure I'm the only one who does that, if every Jotho playthrough on YouTube is a good measure.
