Let's see . . .

Suicune: Not sure how useful Calm Mind will be with its only Special attack being Hydro Pump. Also, Suicune is generally a bulky annoyer, and despite being legendary neither of its offensive stats are very high: rather use it to throw status around and stuff like that.

Milotic: Pretty good, bread-and-butter Milotic, no suggestions.

Roserade: Think about it. You're using Specs on something with Spikes, Sleep Powder and Toxic Spikes. Not even a Scarf to ensure it goes before most things that may KO it. It'll have to switch out after doing pretty much anything. The Attack EVs are completely wasted, too, since it carries no physical attacks. (And since Roserade's physical Attack is somewhere between the sewer and the Earth's outer mantle.)

Give it some Leftovers and dump the EVs into defensive stats, is what I'd do.

Krookodile: Silk scarf for what? Silk scarf boosts Normal attacks, which it has none of - since it has a number of physical attacks, try a Choice Band or Life Orb. Also, as a result of the wide spread EVs you're only giving a few extra points to four stats instead of 50 to 64 stat points to two or three stats (probably Attack and Speed).

<3 Registeel.
However, its Attack are about as good as Roserade's so you'll find Brick Break and Superpower (two fighting attacks I might add, terrible coverage) really wasted on it. My preferred Registeel is a mimic Jirachi with Thunder Wave, Curse, Iron Head and Stealth Rock.

Scrafty: I find Moxie more annoying to counter than Shed Skin, but Shed Skin is good if you meet an opponent who likes to throw around paralysis and burn and stuff.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def
- Hydro Pump
- Double-Edge
- Calm Mind
- Waterfall
Scald > Hydro Pump; Rest/Sleep Talk > Double-Edge/Waterfall
Milotic @ Leftovers
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 200 HP / 56 Atk / 252 Def
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Body Slam
- Scald
You don't need those 56 evs in atk, and get rid of Body Slam.
Roserade @ Choice Specs
Trait: Poison Point
EVs: 124 HP / 132 Atk / 112 Def / 100 Spd
- Spikes
- Sleep Powder
- Leaf Storm
- Toxic Spikes
What's with those 132 atk evs? Put them in SpA.
Krookodile @ Silk Scarf
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 124 HP / 172 Atk / 112 Def / 100 Spd
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Stone Edge
- Counter
Silk Scarf? Wtf. Use a Choice Scarf instead, and get rid of counter. Use an EV spread of 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Registeel @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 124 HP / 172 Atk / 112 Def / 100 Spd
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Brick Break
- Superpower
Use Iron Head instead of Superpower.
Scrafty @ Life Orb
Trait: Shed Skin
EVs: 124 HP / 172 Atk / 112 Def / 100 Spd
- ThunderPunch
- Crunch
- Drain Punch
- Hi Jump Kick
Dragon Dance > ThunderPunch. EV Spread: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Weird EV spreads and items, but the team still looks good.
