I made a Hail team, and it's good so far. I find Hail easy to use, and I was on the PS chatbox when someone said Hail was hard to use. Anywhere, here's the team:

At A Glance:

Abomasnow (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 Atk / 172 SAtk / 84 Spd
Lonely Nature
- Wood Hammer
- Ice Shard
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Earthquake

This doesn't need explaining. NEXT!

Jellicent (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 220 SDef / 36 Def
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Recover
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Ball

Jellicent and Abomasnow have perfect synergy. Jellicent can completely destroy Fire-types, something that Abomasnow hates, and Snowy can take on the the Grass-types.

Heatran (F) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Stealth Rock

Heatran's role is to destroy any other weather effect carrying Pokemon who come onto the field, leaving Abomasnow to come in and set up Hail.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 88 Spd / 172 Def / 248 HP
Naive Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Landorus-T can beat up Ground types that Heatran doesn't like, with the help of HP Ice, U-Turn is essential for Landorus-T just because and Stealth Rock for entry hazards.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 236 SDef / 20 Spd
Careful Nature
- Iron Head
- Thunder Wave
- Wish
- U-turn

Jirachi sets up Thunder Wave and Wish and then can U-Turn the hell outta there! Not much else to say.

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Roost
- Dragon Pulse
- Psyshock

Calm Mind is there because boosted Special Attack never hurts, Roost is there to annoy KingCorphish to regain health and Dragon Pulse and Psyshock for some damage. I've been considering replacing Psyshock for Psychic, what do you think?

A Final Glance:

Done. This is my first Hail team, bear in mind, so I'm not sure if its good or not. It works, as I have tested it in a couple of battles. Opinions, please!

Psyshock > Psychic because Chansey exists.

You have nothing to abuse hail so you should use Choice Scarf Kyurem over Latias.

http://media.pldh.net/pokemon/gen5/blackwhite_animated_front/646.gif

Kyurem @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest / Timid Nature

- Draco Meteor
- Blizzard
- Focus Blast
- Earth Power

Also, a Pokemon with Magic Bounce (preferably Xatu) would be really helpful, as Abomasnow is weak to Stealth Rock and thus it can't really win the weather war if that entry hazard is placed on its side of the field. If not, you could also use a Rapid Spinner such as Hitmontop or Starmie. I personally would replace Jellicent.

EDIT: I have noticed you have Stealth Rock on both Heatran and Landorus-T. I'd only use it for Heatran and use a double booster Lando-T

Honestly this is more of a sandstorm team than a hail team. A hail team needs to be able to:

1. Fight for control of the weather
2. Have Pokemon that abuse the weather.
3. Cover its weaknesses.

Things hail brings that nothing else does:
1. Only Ice type Pokemon are not damaged by it.
2. Blizzard is 100% accuracy.
3. There are abilities like Snow Cloak and Ice Body that you can use to your advantage (Is Snow Cloak even allowed still)?

So there are only very few Pokemon that benefit from these bonuses, and they almost always have horrible typing. This is why another weather is usually better.

This article is outdated and was for 4th gen, but the same principles apply (http://www.smogon.com/dp/articles/art_hail_stall)

However, the threat list hail has has magnified extremely, with a plethora of Pokemon being problematic for you. The only real "new Pokemon" I can see you using that aren't on that list are Kyurem and Level 1 Clefable.

Honestly, the only niche a hail team has is stalling. But even then, it's hard to consistently take out enemy weather users. So your team should be something like:

1. Abomasnow
2. Walrein
3. A Spinner and Toxic Spikes user (Tentacruel/Forretress)
4. A Ghost type spinblocker (Gengar/Froslass... Maybe Jellicent).
5. A Pokemon that can consistently kill all other weather Pokemon.
6. Another weather killer Pokemon/Wish Support
