Yep, i'm starting ubers now.

My first Team. Any tips would be appreciated.

Mewtwo @ Mewtwonite X
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Bulk Up
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch

I have never seen a Mega-Mewtwo X set in any Ubers Replay/Live match before, so i was testing this set out. From what I have gathered, Gliscor is pretty common in Ubers (for some reason), so thats why I have Ice Punch. I have Bulk Up and Drain Punch (kinda self explanatory). I dunno why I have Earthquake. Again, I'm just testing the setup.

Xerneas @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Geomancy
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Moonblast

Your standard Geomancy Xerneas w/ Power Herb. Psyshock in case of a Special Wall like Goodra. STAB Moonblast.

Goldra (Goodra) (F) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sap Sipper
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Thunder
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Sludge Wave

Thundurus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Hasty Nature
- Taunt
- Knock Off
- Thunder Wave
- Thunder

Never used this before. Could use some advice.

Lugia @ Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Spd / 248 HP / 8 Atk
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Toxic
- Roost
- Substitute

I learned this set through many Replays and Random Battle encounters. Worked quite well in my first battle.

Mamoswine (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Shard
- Icicle Crash
- Earthquake

Yep, i'm starting ubers now.

My first Team. Any tips would be appreciated.

Mewtwo @ Mewtwonite X
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 144 SpA / 108 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Mild/Rash Nature
- Psystrike
- Zen Headbutt/Drain Punch
- Aura Sphere
- Hidden Power [Fire]

I haven't had much experience with Mewtwo X but from what I've seen a mixed set works best since Mewtwo's physical movepool is awful. It still has a great SpA stat so you should make use of that to your advantage since Psystrike is incredible. The choice between Drain Punch and Zen Headbutt is yours, but I suggest Zen Headbutt to get rid of pesky flying types like Ho-oh or Rayquaza and counter Goodra. Aura Sphere is merely there to get a boost off the Fighting STAB and it works great. HP Fire helps against things like Aegislash and Ferrothorn which could soak up a hit and set up.

Xerneas @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 176 HP / 252 SpA / 76 Spe
Modest Nature
- Geomancy
- Psyshock/Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]/Focus Blast
- Moonblast

Xerneas is a fun thing to mess around with since Geomancy guves you a solid win against a team unprepared for it. T-bolt is a suggestion for things like Ho-oh while HP Fire and Focus Miss can let you get rid of Steel types that would otherwise wall you to death.

Goldra (Goodra) (F) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Hydration
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 164 SpD / 88 Def / 4 SpA
Sassy Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Rain Dance
- Toxic
- Rest

I don't know how this thing works.

Thundurus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Plast/Thunder Wave
- Thunder

This is meant to be supported by Goodra's Rain Dance. I loved Thundurus last gen since a Thunder coming off of a Nasty Plot in the rain is stopped by none bar Ground types. I recommend T-Wave to cripple Scarf users who try to take it out, HP Ice us there for coverage.

Lugia @ Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 HP / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Toxic
- Roost
- Substitute/Whirlwind

Interesting set, Lugia is definitely a wall to be reckoned with so Whirlwind should come in handy in case of any counters.

Mamoswine (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Shard
- Icicle Crash
- Earthquake

Refer to Goodra.

Comments in bold.

Refer to Goodra.

Mega Mewtwo X shouldn't bother with any special attacks at all. You may as well just use Mega Mewtwo Y over its X counterpart, since it has a higher Special Attack. Anyway, change the EV spread to 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe and use a Jolly nature. Also, Zen Headbutt > EQ.

I'd use Focus Blast and Rock Slide over Psyshock and HP Grass with a Naive nature. Focus Blast and Moonblast have great coverage together and Rock Slide can get rid of Ho-oh and Reshiram. Use Sonrio's EV spread, but invest the HP EVs into attack since 0 Atk Xern can't OHKO the phoenix bird.

Goodra isn't very good in Ubers, so I suggest using Palkia instead since it's a much better Kyogre counter. If I were you, I'd use a Lustrous Orb set with Hydro Pump/Thunder/Fire Blast/Spacial Rend.

Thundurus: Use 252 SpA EVs and a Naive nature.

As for Lugia, Whirlwind should be used over Dragon Tail imo, as Fairy-types are now a thing. If you want to use fast Lugia, use Ice Beam over Substitute, as it can hurt Garchomp, Rayquaza and Yveltal.

Mamoswine: ok, but use 252 Spe EVs and a Jolly nature.
