Umm, hi!
This is my Pokémon Laboratory team.
I have a good record with it, and I have only lost to Hax.
4TH GEN NO 5TH GEN PLEASE.

My team:

Azelf@Focus Sash
Levitate
Naive
4 Att, 252 SpA, 252 Spe
-Taunt
-Stealth Rock
-Fire Blast
-Explosion
The most common lead in the game. I needed a lead, and Azelf was the first Pokémon that cam to mind. Typical Azelf. Taunt to prevent opposing Taunts/SR/Spikes/etc. Stealth Rock is to get my own entry hazards. Fire Blast gets the SE hit on Steels that try to resist Explosion It has killed several Skarmory's. Explosion is the all out power move, a last resort move.

http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/thumb/3/35/227Skarmory.png/200px-227Skarmory.png
Skarmory@Leftovers
Keen Eye
Impish
252 HP, 100 Att, 152 Def
-Spikes
-Whirlwind
-Brave Bird
-Roost
Skarmory covers most of Azelf's weaknesses, which is how this team is going to work; the Pokémon will cover the previous Pokémon's weaknesses. Spikes+Stealth Rock+Whirlwind is a good combination. Racking up a lot of damage. Brave Bird, plus the 100 Attack EV's hit very hard. Roost is to heal the lost HP. I was thinking about adding some Speed EV's to help it out speed other base 70's.

http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/thumb/f/f1/330Flygon.png/180px-330Flygon.png
Flygon@Life Orb
Levitate
Jolly
4 HP, 252 Att, 252 Spe
-Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-U-Turn
-Fire Blast
Flygon covers the Fire and Electric weaknesses of Skarmory, I gave Flygon a Life Orb instead of a Choice Band because I wanted to run Fire Blast over Fire Punch, just for the extra power, and because I didn't want to be locked into an Inaccurate move. Earthquake and Dragon Claw are STAB. U-Turn is to escape from danger, so Flygon can live to fight another day(or in this case, turn).

http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/thumb/b/b7/485Heatran.png/300px-485Heatran.png
Heatran@Choice Scarf
Flash Fire
Naive
4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Spe
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-Explosion
-Hidden Power[Ice]
Heatran covers Flygon's Ice and Dragon weaknesses very well. Choice Scarf is to make its below-par Speed better. Fire Blast is STAB, and hits extremely hard. Earth Power is for opposing Heatran's and other Ground weak Pokémon. Explosion is a way to end off a match, or to kill an annoying Blissey. HP Ice is for the Dragon types that think that they are faster than me, ones that are not named Kingdra.

http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/thumb/d/de/286Breloom.png/180px-286Breloom.png
Breloom@Toxic Orb
Toxic Heal
Jolly
12 HP, 252 Att, 244 Spe
-Spore
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
-Seed Bomb/Stone Edge
I must have Breloom on my team, it is one of my favourite Sweepers. Typical Toxic Healing Breloom here. I wasn't sure on whether to have Seed Bomb(STAB and more PP), or Stone Edge(Hits Flying types, but has low PP). I will leave this up to you.

Now my last Pokémon, I wasn't too sure on. I know that it is going to be a Water type, but which Water type should I choose. I currently have Starmie:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/thumb/c/cd/121Starmie.png/170px-121Starmie.png
Starmie@Choice Scarf
Natural Cure
Timid
4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Spe
-Trick
-Hydro Pump
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
I thought that a Trick-Scarf Pokémon would be good, so I chose this set. Hydro Pump is the Water STAB, that hits very, very hard. Thunderbolt is for Gyarados and other part Flying type Pokémon that are not Dragons. Ice Beam is for Dragons that **** in my face after I lock myself into Thunderbolt. I used to run Recover, but it wasn't really that helpful.
http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/thumb/b/b6/260Swampert.png/150px-260Swampert.png
Swampert@Leftovers
Torrent
Relaxed
252 HP, 196 Def, 60 SpA
-Stealth Rock
-Ice Beam
-Earthquake
-Surf
The 60 Special Attack EV's are to get an OHKO on Salamence, after Rocks I believe. A bit of Rough maths is what I used to figure that out so I am not 100% sure. The rest of the EV's go into its Physical Bulk. Stealth Rock is for a late game set up. If I decide to go with Swampert, than I will put Spiritomb as a lead(which will be shown later). Earthquake and Surf are STAB moves.
http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/thumb/f/fd/134Vaporeon.png/170px-134Vaporeon.png
Vaporeon@Leftovers
Water Absorb
Bold
252 HP, 196 Def, 60 SpA
-Toxic
-Protect
-Surf
-Ice Beam/Wish
Same EV spread as Swampert, though if I choose Wish over Ice Beam, I will want more Defense EV's. In my opinion, the best Toxic Staller in the game. Toxic and Protect are compulsory, Surf is so you are not Taunt bait, and it gets STAB. Ice Beam is for Dragons and Grass types that will set up on Vaporeon. Wish is for team and self support.
http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/thumb/8/8e/442Spiritomb.png/200px-442Spiritomb.png
Spiritomb@Lum Berry
Levitate
Quiet
252 HP, 4 Att, 252 SpA
-Dark Pulse
-Shadow Sneak
-Will-o-Wisp
-Hidden Power[Fighting]
I kinda modified it. I put Dark Pulse on it, it originally had Shadow Ball, but since they have the same type coverage, and I already have a Ghost type move, I put Dark Pulse on it. I remember being walled by a lead Chatot. Dark Pulse will help me there. Shadow Sneak is for the Sash holders. Will-o-Wisp to break down Physical Sweepers. HP Fighting for the Steels. This is, in my opinion, the best Anti-Lead in the whole meta game.
Where did the Spiritomb, Vaporeon, and Swampert come from?
PokemonRules!
I said that I didn't know what Water type to choose,, so I made a shortlist, Spiritomb is there because I will make that lead if I choose Swampert.
I'd recommend going with Swampert. He was the first pokemon I leveled to 100, and I've found him to be extremely versatile, especially with the move-set you listed.
He was my first choice too, I will try to use him, along with Spiritomb.
Choose Swampert, One of the best water Pokemon and starter. Its also capable of defeating Electric Pokemon in 1 hit (KO).
Explosion is the all out power move, a last resort move. Due to the fact that explosion got nerfed this generation, you'd be better off with some other reliable move like Psyshock or Psychic. Psychic has more overall power but Psychock murders Blissey.
Jolly / Adamant
4 HP, 252 Att, 252 Spe
-Spore
-Bullet Seed
-Mach Punch
-Rock Tomb/Focus Punch/Stone Edge/Swords Dance
Really, really insane in terms of annoyingness. I see that you use Pokemon Lab, do they have 5th gen? If not, you should switch to Pokemon Online. They have 5th gen. Now to the set, as you know, Breloom gets Technician in Dream World, and this set fully makes use of that. Focus Sash lets you get your spores up for sure, and Bullet Seed has insane power with Technician and STAB. Mach Punch for STAB Technician Priority (Like a Scizor), and the final move slot is for what you commonly face. If flying types wall Breloom, then go Rock Tomb or Stone Edge. If feeling reckless, go Focus Punch without a sub. Or else, go full Scizor style with Swords Dance.
Now my last Pokémon, I wasn't too sure on. I know that it is going to be a Water type, but which Water type should I choose. I currently have Starmie:
