Amnesia has certainly quickly become known as one of the scariest PC games out there by developer Frictional Games. It is a first-person horror survival game where you wake up as a man name Daniel in a castle located in Brennenburg.
The only thing you remember: something is hunting you.
This game plays on the fear of being absolutely defenseless. You will be encounter monsters while slowly being hunted by what is only known as The Shadow. You have no way of fighting back. With your trusty lantern in hand, you must explore Castle Brennenburg, slowing making your way to the castle's Inner Sanctum.
Your purpose will make itself clear in time with the discovery of Daniel's very own diary entries and notes as you progress through the game.
