This is what I'll be using in the VGC. :P

This is brilliant, for such an underrated Pokemon. Set up with Quiver Dance, and then use Petal Dance. Lilligant won't be confused due to Own Tempo, so you can keep going. Giga Drain is there for a careful STAB move to restore HP, and Aromatherapy is there for Status Conditions.

Lilligant already has enough coverage as it is. With Three offensive Grass Type moves, it's a Shadow Tag Chandelure's Dream. Yes, Chandelure has Calm Mind, too. At least with Aromatherapy, you can protect yourself from Will-O-Wisp/Thunder Wave, while healing your entire team in the process. It also works better, as Lilligant has decent Defence, and Speed, too. I should have mentioned this in the first post.

Well, since ST Chandelure isn't allowed in DW OU, because it's too overpowered, the biggest threat is probably Infernape/SB Blaziken. Therefore, you can switch into something, other than Lilligant. It's very overrated, so it's not too common. However, if it had +6 Quiver Dance up, it would be very hard to destroy, even with MixApe.
