Whimsicott uses Priority Tailwind, while Terrakion Protects against opposing threats. Then, Whimsicott should outspeed the opponent's Pokemon due to Tailwind, and uses Beat Up on Terrakion. Justified raises his Attack by one stage for each Beat Up. So, with 4 Pokemon altogether in your team, Terrakion gets a + 4 boost. If safe, SD with Terrakion. if not, Rock Slide/Earthquake. Whimsicott gets SubSeed just to make it useful.
