Spinda
The Pokemon you would see in a dumpster on a Wednesday morning.

Tricky Spinda

Own Tempo
Adamant (+Att, -SpA)
EV's: 4 HP / 252 Att / 252 Spe
-Trick
-Hypnosis
-Sucker Punch
-Double Edge
Yep, looks pretty beastly doesn't it? You trick your Choice Scarf onto something that thinks it might be able to set up on Spinda (Read: anything) you then put the next pokemon that comes in to sleep, thus ruining 2 of your opponents pokemon. You then switch out or try to kill Spinda before your opponent does with Double Edge. You must note that in his drunken state Spinda might lurk it's foes into thinking they can take him down, like a Shuckle packing the powerful Knock Off. If this is the case Sucker Punch it! Then, after dealing out severely minor damage, Spinda will be destroyed.
Wishing it could Wish-pass

Calm (+SpD, -Att)
EV's: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SpD
-Wish
-Baton Pass
-Protect/Calm Mind
-Hypnosis
Spinda trying to take a hit is almost as funny as watching it get hit by a bus. This set is for people who think they are so good at Pokemon they can afford to waste a slot in their team for one of these ugly excuses for a pokemon.
The idea is to set up a wish before Caterpie Tackles you to death and then, if Caterpie misses its 95% accurate Tackle you can pass it away to anything bold enough to take that tackle from Caterpie.
Or, if you're completely insane, you can try to pass Calm Minds. Preferably to something that has a strong enough stomach to handle boosts provided by a Spinda.
Flailing around, Spinda's Forte

Jolly (+Spe, -SpA)/Adamant (+Att, -SpA)
EV's: 4 HP / 252 Att / 252 Spe
-Endue
-Flail
-Baton Pass
-Sucker Punch
Flail sounds like Fail, so naturally Spinda can do it.
Endure, Flail, Baton Pass.
Oh and Sucker Punch is to catch those ghost types that think they can stop a Flail. The only problem is: Spinda can't hurt anything with anything.
Focusing, something Spinda has a lot of trouble with...
Spinda@Focus Sash
Own Tempo
Jolly (+Spe, -SpA)/Adamant (+Att, -SpA)
EV's: 4 HP / 252 Att / 252 Spe
-Focus Punch
-Counter
-Return
-Psycho Cut/Faint Attack
Counter-sashing Spinda. It's pretty much here to destroy your opponents morale. If someone loses a Pokemon to a Spinda there is no telling the severity of the shame spiral they're likely to plummet into.
Focus Punch is for taking advantage of things that run away from Spinda screaming due to his heinously ugly face.
The rest of the moves are pretty much filler.

Counters
Caterpie, Luvdisc or anything with a weak tackle.
