I haven't used this team for a while so.....

Jolteon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Fake Tears
- Roar

Fake Tears on the switch to CAUSE switches and hits and with 394 spd i don't have to worry about getting outsped. Then theres Roar just incase of a Ninjask

Evil One of Night (Weavile) (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 32 HP/252 Atk/224 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Ice Punch
- Night Slash
- Pursuit

Im not fond of the Choice items but a STAB Pursuit is what really makes this set, taking out powerful sweepers such as Azelf, Alakazam and Gengar in a single hit or two.Plus a great choice of moves too.

Umm..... (Gliscor) (M) @ Nothing
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang

Aerial Ace allows Gliscor to destroy Heracross in one hit, but even without it Gliscor will still triumph against variants of Heracross without Swords Dance or Bulk Up. Ice Fang is better against Dragons, 2HKOing Garchomp, Dragonite, and Salamence.

Heatran (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Explosion

The Speed boost is very helpful to Heatran as it patches up that rather average Speed.Plus it outspeeds most Base 120 Spd Pokemon

(Empoleon) (F) @ Splash Plate
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/4 Spd/252 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Roar

Empoleon's a viable special tank, especially since it has 11 resistances and 1 immunity.Plus Salamence gets destroyed by Ice Beam, while Grass Knot takes advantage of Empoleon's ability to counter Water-types such as Milotic and Vaporeon

Tangrowth (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP/228 Def/28 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Power Whip
- Knock Off
- Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder

Sleep Powder is nothing new for our strangled fellow: use it if you predict your opponent switching into something Tangrowth or your team can't handle and three times out of four it will be put out of commission until Blissey comes out to Aromatherapy it again.Plus just to show you how sturdy Tangrowth is: a Gyarados with 350 Attack and one Dragon Dance doesn't even 3HKO Tangrowth using Ice Fang with Leftovers factored in.

I haven't posted in a while so......
