Lead
Spiritomb @ Lum Bery
Ability: Pressure
EV Spread: 252hp/80Atk/176sp.def
Carefull Nature (+Sp.Def, -Sp.Atk)
-Pain Split
-Taunt / Pursuit
-Will-O-Wisp
-Sucker Punch

This Spiritomb is specificly built to counter a couple of special sweeping threats and to outstall even some physical pokemon. Pain Split is one of the primary keys to this Spiritomb, it's his recovery method and it also allows you to slighty get your oppononts percentage down. An example on where you should use this is any Salamence lead, which usualy will be Choice Specs Salamece. This EV Spread allows Spiritomb to live 2 consecutive Draco Meteor's from standard Choice Specs Salamence when Pain Splitting. Taunt leads like yanmega, gengar who will proberly try to sleep you, the Lum Berry will cure your sleep and give you the ability to switch to a counter for yanmega or Sucker Punch Gengar to his grave. Pursuit can also be used since Azelf and Gengar will be switching out of you alot. Will-o-Wisp will cripple physical atackers who are likely to switch in after you've messed with there leads and forced them to switch out with taunt. Leftovers is also a viable option ofcourse but it will give you slightly more trouble with gengar and yanmega leads. Sucker Punch will always OHKO genger and 2HKO Azelf, This set gets utterly walled by faster Taunters who totaly cripple lead spiritomb

Spite/Sleep Talk
Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EV Spread: 252 HP/252Def/4Sp.Atk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Spite
-Pursuit

This Specific Spiritomb is built to slowly drain your opponont from PP. Rest gives you more durability. Sleep Talk makes sure you aren't crippled those 2 turns of sleep you get from rest. If you drain oppononts PP this quickly they might want to switch out before they run out of PP so it's Phazing too. Pursuit will get extra power if they switch out as predicted. Make sure your Speed isn't too high since you don't want too many things being slower then you so your spite will fail the first turn.

Crotomb
Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EV Spread: 252hp/252def/4sp.def
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Calm Mind
-Dark Pulse

This set is built like a Cro-Suicune who also uses Rest/Sleep Talk/Calm Mind. With 108 in both Defenses, 92 base Special Attack, Acces to Calm Mind and ofcourse no weaknesses make Spiritomb a viable user for a set like that as well. The basic idea is to set up Calm Mind and sweep with high defense, special defense and special attack. Shadow Ball is usualy the prefered option as a special attack but you don't want all normal types completly walling you, Dark and Ghost has different coverage so you won't notice a lose of coverage. You should use this Spiritomb in combination with a Toxic Spiker on your team to stop Tyranitar and Garchomp from getting a free set up. Be sure to remember that you don't have an effective way to hit Lucario, but after a couple of Calm Minds you should have no problem hitting it hard. Rest whenver you're on low HP and sleep talk to still damage your opponont a bit or set up.

Special Sweeper
Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EV Spread: 252HP/4Def/252Sp.Atk
Modest Nature (+Sp.Atk, -Atk)
-Hypnosis
-Nasty Plot
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power Fighting

92 Base Special Attack and both Nasty Plot and Calm Mind make Spiritomb a great candidate to sweep too. Hypnosis on the first turn to sleep the opponont, then as they will proberly switch use Nasty Plot to boost your Special attack. Shadow Ball is reliable STAB and together with Hidden Power Fighting you hit every Pokemon for atleast neutral Damage. If you want to use Spiritomb more like a tank Calm Mind would work better then Nasty Plot since you'll gain Special Defense as well.

Opinion
Spiritomb has acces to the best typing in the game having no weaknesses and a stunning 3 Immunities (Psycic, Normal and Fighting). 1 of those immunities gives you an immunity to a very dangerous move: Explosion, so whenever you think an explosion is comming switch to this since the exploding pokemon will faint and you will take no damage at all. 50/92/108/92/108/35 May not seem that impressive but incombination with well divided EV's, Typing and moveset it can be very hard to stop. Above all of that Spiritomb is the best counter for very common Special Sweepers like Azelf and Gengar. Actual Sweeping Deoxys-e's are stopped by it too but the Duel-Screen Deoxys-e or any other fast taunter will cripple the Lead set.

Countering Spiritomb
Everything with taunt can basicly counter the Lead set while Heracross counters that set the best in the offensive way resisting Sucker Punch and Pursuit and actualy liking to be burned due to it's guts ability. Choice Specs Lucario can also effectivly counter it. Heatran does a good job to getting a boost to his fire attacks if you switch it into a fire attack. Breloom is immune to Will-O-Wisp because of Poison Heal and resists Sucker Punch and Pursuit. Substitute Tyranitar can also switch in easily on anything but Will-O-Wisp, and then it can Substitute before Spiritomb to render it useless.

On the other sets Tyranitar, Garchomp and again Heracross are good counters. A pokemon with the scrappy ability can deal a quick 50% damage to spiritomb to. Blissey easiliy walls the attacker set taking a maximum 57% from a +6Atk Hidden Power Fighting.
