Tyranitar"Lum Berry
EVs: 240 HP / Atk 76 / Def 48 / SpDef 144
Sassy Nature
__________________________

Crunch
ThunderPunch
Stealth Rock
Taunt

This lead is like, well cool. Sandstream deals with sash leads nicely and gives me the SpDef boost to help take Focus Blasts from Gengar better, allow me to OHKO with crunch - thats if they stay in of course. Taunt messes up Bronzong. When it switches i'll Stealth Rock. I'm pretty sure Thunder Punch will 2HKO Gyara after intimidate - again i cant get onto a damage calc. Azelf and Deoxys die to Crunch. Deoxys shouldn't taunt me so i can then taunt it to mess up any Dual Screen plans. Lum Berry absorbs status. The spread gives me general better durability allowing me to take more hits from Gyara and Gengar.

EVs: 252 HP / SpDef 100 / 72 Spd / 76 Def
Careful Nature
__________________________

U-Turn
Toxic
Wish
Protect

The steel poke and supporter and a great job it does too. Passes to Tyranitar and Mesprit as well as Zapdos as i dont have rapid spin support. The Toxic/Protect/Wish combo is great for stalling. The Spd EVs brings me up to 254 - outspeeding Modest non-Scarf Heatran so i can U-Turn away. The ground/Earthquake weakness is taken care of by Zapdos and Mesprit so i went more SpDef orientated to take the more common special fire attacks.

EVs: 252 HP / 190 Def / 68 SpDef
Relaxed Nature
__________________________

Psychic
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
U-Turn

The tank and counterer. Needs the wish from Jirachi but otherwise does a great job of covering common threats. Spread is pretty self-explanatory.

Machamp@Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Def
Adamant Nature / No Guard

Dynamic Punch
Ice Punch
Rest
Sleep Talk

Takes the err status. Ice Punch > Stone Edge as Gyara is dealt with by TTar (kinda) and Mesprit. Again pretty self-explanatory.

Heracross@Choice Scarf
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature

Close Combat
Stone Edge
Megahorn
Pursuit

I haven't used this oke in ages. It can be a match-winner with two awesome STAB moves and great attack. Good revenge killer too. Spread is self-explanatory.

Special Sweeper

Zapdos@Life Orb
EVs: 6 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
__________________________

Thunderbolt
Hidden Power Grass
Heat Wave
Roost

A great Sweeper late game due to the ability to recover on top of great SpAtk, good typing and improved movepool. Needs wish on the switch to help out with passive damage but roost helps with that also. HP Grass is purely for Swampert who could be a ****** otherwise for my whole team. Heat Wave is a great addition and works well with HP Grass and Thunderbolt as it hits Celebi, Shaymin, Breloom and Heracross. Again the spread is self-explanatory.[/center:21ud8g6j]

If you are placing so much emphasis on ttar killing gyarados perhaps u could run a special set with dark pulse and thunderbolt. I think it would OHKO but being on my iPod I can't confirm that.

Very nicely put together team, I see pretty much all weaknesses covered. The only thing I might change would be to make Machamp have guts to abuse status and sleep, either works well though. Also I think that Stone Edge from T-Tar will do more to Gyara then Thunder Punch.

i really like this rachi more. You can actually hurt something with u-turn and hit dragons with ice punch. Body slam has a 60% chance of para too. Zen headbutt is for stab and can work this set as a "paraflinchkiss"

Nice teem dood 1/10 lol j/k

Seriously, this is one of the better teams I've seen here. The only set i think that could help tis team is the rachi one.

Gyra has way more Sp.def and Tyranitar's Special attack is lower than attack!

Althoug intimidate.............

They do they same actually ^^
TPunch = 4x Super Effective = (4*75) = 300 base power.
Stone Edge = 2x Super Effective = [2*(100*1.5)] = 300 base power

I suppose Stone Edge is the better option. I may just go for a special variant altogether though.

Thanks for the heads-up.

About the Jirachi: yeah i s'pose its a possibility. I wanted it more more bulky so ive changed it since i posted. Its like 252Hp/36Def/216SpDef. This is cus LO Azelf could cause me problems.

not a very bad team, really well constructed, sadly mix ape in late game can **** this team without any problems, and you'll have to rely on prediction to wear it down with lo, one wrong prediction and it's gg, i suggest maybe replacing mesprit for something like a erm, pepper arcanine? and maybe add a spinner in somewhere, really np ape rapes this team badly.

Mesprit is 3HKOd by LO Flamethrower and can OHKO with Psychic. Gyarados can deal with all MixApe variants except the rare cases of Tpunch and Stone Edge, which ive never seen.

So i think MixApe is covered pretty well.

Your pretty much screwed by Mixape after Mesprit is gone, but its you choice really. Tentacruel is a great Mixape counter BTW.

Well im not gonna pack my team full of mixape counters. You can say the same for every counter in the game "if it dies then what its countering isn't countered anymore" ya think?

Mesprit is very capable for dealing with MixApe, although if you are super worried (which I don't see) Starmie could potentially fill that role pretty well, you'd get the same bolt/beam coverage and a spinner, you could even leave psychic. Just a suggestion.

if mesprit losty 20% health, and sr is up, then lo np fire blast will kill, same goes to gyara but replace fire blast for grass knot, since if gyara lost 10% health then sr + lo np grass knot shall slay teh beast.....really stall + mix ape = death.....i suggest starmie as well, really mesprit just isn't that great.

Doesnt mixape **** any team that doesnt have a poke thats faster then it or has a bulky water poke or phsycic? I think mesprit could handle it. But anyways a faster poke like starmie could help you. Maybe even a gengar.

So what your saying is every team should have a Starmie or a Tentacruel in 'cus they are the only true MixApe counters. Seriously, if you think MixApe is threat to this team then you shouldn't brag about all your shoddy achievements in your signature. I've got a counter for it and adding another would be overcentralisation.

Doesnt mixape **** any team that doesnt have a poke thats faster = Heracross or phsycic = Mesprit
