Zen Bro
Slowbro @ Leftovers
212 Hp / 252 Def / 44 Sp Atk
Own Tempo
Bold ( + Def , - Atk )
-Calm Mind
-Slack Off
-Surf
-Psychic/Hp Elect/Ice Beam
Description: The main idea here is to boost Slowbro's mediocre special defense and attack and try for a sweep. Slowbro has a very good base defense and good base hit points so you are going to want to pump a lot of evs into both to help it take hits on the physical side while boosting up. Slack off is what sets this CM'er apart from other by giving it instant recovery and therefor increasing it's survivability. The last move is very important, ice beam helps with dragons and flying types while hp electric combats other water types. I prefer psychic as it hits a lot for neutral and the STAB boost makes it appealing as more power overall.

Walls Don't Move
Slowbro @ Leftovers
212 Hp / 252 Def / 44 Sp Atk
Own Tempo
Bold ( + Def , - Atk )
-Slack Off
-Surf
-Ice Beam/Psychic
-Grass Knot/ Hp Elect
Description: Base 110 defense and 95 hp makes for a very sturdy wall. So that's what's being done. This set is similar to the first, minus the set up for the special side. Slack off gives great recovery and allows Slowbro to stay around a long time. Surf is a must for the primary STAB move. Ice beam can be used if you fear Salamence mainly, or grass and/or flying types. Psychic can be used here, but might be better in lower tier battles where poison types are more common. The final move can be chosen based on your team needs. You could also opt for fire blast/flamethrower in any of the last two slots, though it doesn't serve all that much purpose in OU, in BL/UU there are a lot of grass/bug types so it could be usefel. Hp Elect makes Slowbro a very solid Gyarados counter, but grass knot is more powerful against bulky water types, namely Swampert. If coverage isn't your cup of tea Slowbro can abuse support moves such as thunder wave, toxic, and light screen. Counter can be used to get a nice surprise kill on something trying to 2-3OHKO you. Amnesia helps 'Bro on the special defense side, but then you are basically using the aforementioned set.

Trick Room Bro

Now, let me outline the specifics of the EV spread:
The HP EVs allow for maximum Leftovers Recovery while keeping DEF completely maxed out. The remaining EVs are simply placed into Sp.ATK.

As for the moves:
Surf: STAB
Psychic: STAB
Ice Beam: Primarilly used to counter Dragons
Grass Knot: Used to counter other Water-types (better than HP in terms of damage)
Hidden Power: Electric: Allows it to be essentially the greatest Gyarados Counter.

Slowbro @ Choice Specs
Ability: Own Tempo
Nature:Modest
Evs:252 Sp. Atk/252 HP/6 def
-Surf
-HP: Electric
-Ice Beam
-Flamethrower/Grass Knot/Shadow Ball

Kinda gimmicky, but I felt it warranted a mention. Last move depends on the team.
