Hey all, i may be new here but i came up with a Signature team yesterday which is based around the coolest region ever, Kanto. The team consists of Aerodactyl, Hitmonlee, Slowbro, Arcanine, Gengar and Clefable. Now i shall explain the movesets and descriptions of each pokemon and how they fit together.

1. Jet @ Focus Sash
Jolly Nature
Pressure
EV: HP6/Att252/Spd252
Move Set:
~Taunt
~Stealth Rock
~Stone Edge
~Earthquake
Comment: Aerodactyl is my lead for the team. Standard suicide lead. If he's still alive after setting up rocks and taunt, i'll just put a dent in as much as i possibly can until he wears out.

2. Chuck Norris @ Choice Scarf
Adamant Nature
Limber
EV: HP6/Att252/Spd252
Move Set:
~Close Combat
~Stone Edge
~Earthquake
~Blaze Kick
Comment: Hitmonlee is my physical sweeper. Has good type coverage and scarf increases his mediocre speed. Not Much else to say here.

3. Retardo @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
Own Tempo
EV: HP252/Def200/SpA58
Move Set:
~Surf
~Calm Mind
~Slackoff
~Grass Knot
Comment: Slowbro is my physical wall capable of patching the abysmal special defense stat with Calm Mind and boost is special attack to be hard hitting on special spectrum and takes hard hits on both sides.

4. Golden Lass @ Life Orb
Hasty Nature
Intimidate
EV: Att236/SpA22/Spd252
Move Set:
~Fire Blast
~Extreme Speed
~Crunch
~Thunder Fang
Comment: Arcanine is my wall breaker. Fire Blast to deal with the likes of forry, skarmory and scizor. The other moves are pretty self explanatory for those guys who are arcanine lovers like me. Crunch is to put a dent in cresselia as much as he can, thunder fang for the water types. Extreme speed for a 1st priority move which is more than powerful enough to finish off weakened non ghost/steel/rock types.

5. Grim Spirit @ Choice Scarf
Modest Nature
Levitate
EV: HP6/SpA252/Spd252
Move Set:
~Shadow Ball
~Thunderbolt
~Focus Blast
~HP Ice
Comment: Gengar is my special sweeper. This is a standard set however. HP Ice allows him to kill off dragons but maybe i should give him HP fire so i can kill forry, scizor and at least put a dent in metagross.

6. Fat Fairy @ Flame Orb
Calm Nature
Magic Guard
EV: HP252/Def6/SpD252
Move Set:
~Trick
~Thunderwave
~Seismic Toss
~Soft Boiled
Comment: Clefable is my special wall who is an excellent status inducer. Trick to cripple a physical attacker and take their life orbs and watever away from them and trick the other opponents. Thunderwave to slow things down. Seismic toss to damage stuff. Soft Boiled to recover lost HP.

Please comment and give advice on my kanto team. Thank you in advance.

Let me offer you some advice on Clefairy, for this is the set I find most useful.

Clefable @Toxic Orb
-Wish
-Protect
-Toxic
-Fire Blast
Magic Guard, Calm
252 HP, 252 Sp.Def, 6 Def

This thing becomes an incredible Toxi-Staller/Wish-Passer. Toxic things that come in, when faced with a Steel type unleash Fire Blast. The Wish-Protect combo is just to good to let go.

true but i seem to find thuderwave and crippling a physical attacker to be more of use to me as im not a big fan of stalling, but thats just preferance in our opinions.

A good set up it is, just note that this set is walled by Empoleons.

Zeph, thats a nice set indeed. I have as well used it to great sucess. However, in his situation...one of the most common pokemon ever is Heatran. If it comes down to Clefable vs Heatran, Clefable doesn't last a chance.

My personal favorite is of course...

Calm Mind
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Softboiled

However, not a bad team.

hmm personal favourites are always cool in some way but my clefable is a status inducer, not a bolt beamer as that works best in my situation
