After you've understand everything about the Little Cup metagame you may sign up for this tournament.

Anyone can join. Just post "in"

Whats the policy on Pt tutor moves? None of the servers have them fully implemented as far as I know.

Also will Murkrow be allowed for this tournament? It has not been fully tested but it may well get a ban.

Well, we'll just go with all th implemented Pt tutor moves that are available.

And for Murkrow, we'll test it through this tournament. As I'll make sure everyone sends logs so I can study how much Murkrow has had an influence on all the battles.
