[center:3n5wlzeq]This team is great and all but its missing something important. You know the feeling when you make a great team and use it for months? Well i want this team to feel like that.
Team at first glance:

http://www.smogon.com/download/sprites/dp/142.png
Aerodactyl (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
---
My suicide sr lead. Simple yet effective. Sr helps my team out alot so yea i need it. Dont know what else to put xD.

http://www.smogon.com/download/sprites/dp/467.png
Magnezone @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 100 Atk/252 Spd/158 SAtk
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Flash Cannon
- Explosion
- Thunderbolt
---
My steel trapper. Kills scarf rachi, scizor, skarm, and forre. All which bother my team. Especially scizor. Also my scarf special sweeper. When this thing is pretty much worthless i go boom.

http://www.smogon.com/download/sprites/dp/373.png
Salamence (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Claw
- Fire Blast
- Outrage
- Earthquake
---
My banded beast. Its great at ripping apart walls and nice to have around. Though stealth rock and sandstorm take a toll on its hp making it harder to switch.

http://www.smogon.com/download/sprites/dp/212.png
Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Pursuit
---
Im thinking of switching it to a bulky sd sweeper cause 2 bands dont go that well together. Though a very nice poke to have around. My main attack is uturn and bp. Superpowers for predicting a heatran switchin or magnezone. But I have seen that this thing is probably best suited for sd sweeping.

http://www.smogon.com/download/sprites/dp/385.png
Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP/6 Def/252 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Substitute
---
One of the best sweepers i have ever seen. Sub on a status move or something that cant hurt you and start setting up. Though scarf tran and ttar is a common switch in and very annoying to deal with. Blissey with stoss isnt the greatest run in also.

http://www.smogon.com/download/sprites/dp/134.png
Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Surf
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Wish
- Protect
---
My heatran counter all in itself. Protects me from fire pokes and is a life saver sometimes. I guess its my main wall also. It has served me well in a couple of battles. And attracts alot of celebi which i can switch to my scizor and uturn on a switch or for a kill.

Well thats my team in general. I just want the team to feel comfortable while using it and make it better. Critism and suggestions are welcome :D

Hmm im wondering why you gave mence CB I mean i would rather have this set.

Salamence Adamant @yache Berry
Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw
Fire fang
Stone edge

Just the tipical Salamence Nothing new but it would be a big advantage for you

overall 9/10 Great team.

Aerodactyl: Pretty standard, nothing to say.

Magnezone: I prefer the Non-Scarfed version, and using that instead might help this team as you have 3 Choice users but only one wall however, you'll want to keep some speed investment if you do so you can still out-speed Scizor. If you do stick with Scarf, HP [Ground] could work to help you kill ScarfHeatran and opposing Magnezone, but then you're resigned to only finishing weakened Scizor so it's a trade off.

Salamence: If you want to run Fire Blast, then don't use Adamant, use Lonely or something like that. But IMO Fire fang will be more effective as it gets the benefit of the CB boost and the EVs.

Scizor: Definitely use a Bulky SD version, It will cut down on the number of Choice users you have and give you another psudo-wall to ease switching out.

Jirachi: Since you are going to have to switch out on Bliss anyway, 404 Hp and 101 Subs aren't that valuable, just go for 236 EVs for max Leftovers recovery.

Vaporeon: Unless you have toxic, you will want a little more SpA so that you can actually deal decent damage.

Overall: Scizor will cause some major havoc if it has Shed Shell, hits your Magnezone with Super Power on the Switch, or has CB and U-Turn. This can be Remedied by using a Bulky Heatran to get SR on leadoff instead of suicide Aero so that you have a back up against Scizor. The Rotom forms can cause some problems here, as Mence is the only thing on your team that can really kill them, and Vaporeon is weak to T-Bolt. Again a Heatran will help, as it won't take too much from any attack short of Hydro Pump and will probobly OHKO. You are a little week to Magnezone, but as long as it doesn't run into HP [Ground] Heatran should help with this too. Overall a good team, but if you want to use that many Choicers you need more walls.

this is all k you might wanna change stone edge to rock slide for accuracy and hax ice fang also hits gliscor and mence

http://www.smogon.com/download/sprites/dp/467.png
Magnezone @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 100 Atk/224 Spd/158 SAtk

you dont need 252 speed ev's 224 is enough outspeeding max speed infernape zone cant outspeed anything else worthwhile outpseeding anyway this means you have 28 loose ev's to use just pile them into SAtk or Atk giving you more power Hp ground would let you kill enemy zone and tran

http://www.smogon.com/download/sprites/dp/373.png
Salamence (M) @ Choice Band/leftovers/life orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/176 Spd

My banded beast. Its great at ripping apart walls and nice to have around. Though stealth rock and sandstorm take a toll on its hp making it harder to switch.

tbh i dont think you need two choice banders so either put this guy to normal dd mence or make scizor a SD one mence also dosent need 252 speed evs 176 is what you need this gives you 76 more evs to use so just put them into Hp or whatever fire fang if you wanna hit zong keep fire blast if you wanna wreck skarm

http://www.smogon.com/download/sprites/dp/212.png
Scizor (M) @ Choice Band/Life orb

yeah as you say you could change this to a life orb sweeper scizor dosent really need pursuit or U-Turn so much so depends what one you like more

i dont really see anything wrong with this its all k

Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers

again i cant see much wrong it looks all k as well you might wanna add some SAtk ev;s though

k tony mence needs 1 dd to kill **** with that set whereas CB mence can come in a hit stuff right @ the switch

also FTUU? if zone isnt scarfed then scizor can superpower and kill zone so scarf + hp fire = epic scizor counter

changes in Bold & Underline

A counter is a Pokemon that can switch in on the opponent and not get KO'd by any attacks. If you are faster and can KO, then you are a counter. If it takes 3 or more hits to KO if you are slower and can render opponent useless/ wall it, then you are a counter.

Todichu, I've reserved a Counter guide on this. When it is accepted, then you can read more on it.
