This is my first attempt at this so please give me some criticism if you notice any problems or something I've missed.

Name: Typhlosion

Type: Fire

Ability: Blaze

ScarfPholosion:
Typhlosion@ Choice Scarf
Evs: 252 Sp. Atk/ 252 Speed/ 6 Hp
Nature: Timid/Modest (+ Speed/ Sp. Atk, - Atk)
Moveset:
-Eruption
-Focus Punch
-Hp Ice
-Flamethrower

Description:
This mainly used as a lead. Choice scarf boosts Typhlosion's mediocre speed to a level to gain an edge on a lot of poke. Eruption should be your first move, as it has most power at full health, and will dent most things, resistant or not. Focus punch is used to predict either a Heatran swith in or even Blissey/Snorlax. Hp Ice is kinda fill-er-ish, and can be replaced for some other type. Mainly Hp ice is for Salamence and or Gliscor. This is mainly used in BL battles, but can be effective in OU aswell.

Sub-Berry:
Typhlosion@ Petaya Berry
Evs: 252 Speed/ 252 Sp. Attack/ 6 Hp
Nature: Timid ( + Speed, - Attack)
Moveset:
-Sub
-Flamethrower
-Solarbeam/ Hp Ice
-Sunny Day

Description: Get a sub up on something that resists the predicted fire attack. Then either sub down to get the special attack boost and blaze activated, or use sunny day to boost your fire attacks and make solarbeam viable. This set is a nice alternative to the scarf set. The only problem for this in OU is that Heatran walls you into oblivion, but this is a good idea for lower tier battles.

CB-Phlosion
Typhlosion@ Choice Band
Evs: 252 Attack/ 252 Speed/ 6 Hp
Nature: Adamant/ Jolly ( + Attack/ Speed, - Special Attack)
Moveset:
-Flare Blitz
-Thunder Punch
-Earthquake
-Brick Break/ Aerial Ace/ Body Slam

Description:
This set is a little bit unique and under used, but is still pretty viable in the lower tiers and maybe ever for some surprise kills in OU. Flare blitz is a great physical STAB move and will be putting a dent in a lot of things. Thunderpunch to cover the obvious water switch ins. Earthquake for the Heatran you may see. The final move is a bit of a filler, but Brick Break offers some good coverage and Aerial Ace helps against a lot of the lower tier fighting types. Body Slam can be useful for a neutral move and maybe a timely paralysis, but isn't too viable.

Don't Play With Fire
Typhlosion@ Focus Sash
Evs: 252 Speed/ 252 Special Attack/ 6 Hp
Nature: Timid ( + Speed, - Attack)
Moveset:
-Counter
-Will-O-Wisp
-Fire Blast
-Toxic

Description:
Very gimmicky set, mainly used to lead off a match and cause some status and maybe a surprise kill on something. Sash + Counter allows you to take any sort of physical hit and return the the kill. Will-O-Wisp and Toxic are used to spread status, and Fire Blast is used to do some damage. Not very usable in an OU environment, but the surprise factor is always an edge over an opponent.

Beautiful Day
Typhlosion@ Leftovers/Life Orb
Evs: 252 Speed/ 252 Special Attack/ 6 Hp
Nature: Timid/ Modest
Moveset
-Sunny Day
-Fire Blast
-Solarbeam
-Hp Elect/Ice

Description:
Let the sun boost fire attacks by 50% and star firing off first turn Solarbeams. The hidden power depends on what you team needs. Electric can be great for taking down a Gyarados in one hit that would otherwise not be threatened by this Typhlosion. Ice covers the obvious dragons. Life orb vs. leftovers, power vs survivability.

Hide-n-go-punch
Typhlosion@ Liechi Berry/Leftovers/Life Orb
Evs: 252 Speed/ 252 Attack/ 6 Hp
Nature: Jolly ( + Speed, - Special Attack)
Moveset:
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
-Flare Blitz
-Thunderpunch

Description:
Very similar to the choice band set, but this offers more freedom in exchange for less power. The main idea is too sub up and throw around some strong physical attacks. Flare Blitz and sub is a good way to get into Liechi Berry range, but leftovers gives you more subs for the long run and life orb offers some great power, but very short lifespan. Thunderpunch covers fliers and water types that don't fear fire or fighting.

Hmm me likey. Creative names that Smogon would probably use too.
