After being on hiatus last week, here I am!
I've said I'm going to do two poems, the first of which is an acrostic poem. What's an acrostic poem? An acrostic poem is a type of poetry where the first, last or other letters in a line spell out a particular word or phrase.
I will be having two acrostic poems, one I wrote in my Creative Writing Journal. The other, is inspired from the creation of this post.
A Poem For Myself/Students
Relax.
Ease up a little bit, students shouldn't stress on everything.
Vent your frustrations, don't let it bottle up.
Everyone forgets to
Relax.
Seriously, its okay to lighten up.
Ease up, it'll be fine.
Now here's the second poem I promised.
I am Whitebeard
Quiver, fools!
Unfortunate it came to this!
Akainu was a devil and
Killed my son
Experience my WRATH!

Welcome back to your weekly Sunday poems. Here's this weeks entry.
I Wish in the Table of Your Heart
I wish in the table of your heart.
You would let me be amongst your
laughter like we used to in our seats. I imagine the cafeteria;
It had the echo of conversing students
eating and drinking with friends, enjoying their company
before graduation had split them a part.

This is our next poem entry.
Hear Me Out
I took it
your speaker
your pink blue tooth
pill speaker.
We played
some great tunes
such
nice quality.
Sorry, Sister
the current location
of it
is a mystery.

We will be on hiatus this week. Expect two Christmas poems next week to make up for it!
-
Sorry for not posting yesterday, I'd completely forgotten. As promised, here are two Christmas inspired poems. Merry Christmas!
Jared the Reindeer
Jared, here,
For the
twelfth
this week.
Christmas has always
bugged me.
So many kids
are so bratty
and snotty.
Poor Santa, making those
long, yearly trips.
And my fellow brethren,
pulling him on that
heavy sleigh.
How DARE you
ask me to pull this year
You know how I feel
about this Comet,
I refuse.
Good luck finding
Dasher's replacement.
A-Not-So Generic Christmas
Christmas is a time where family comes
together, sharing gifts,
spends time with one another,
or celebrates the birth of Christ.
Bah! Too generic.
People are so bound to this
old way of celebrating Christmas.
People forget that they
can make it so
much more interesting.
Read a classic Christmas tale,
Dickens is a fine choice.
Perhaps go on a
movie spree?
Maybe just sit
drinking hot chocolate,
beside the fire
in your most ugly
horrendous
Christmas Sweater.

This poem entry is early, but will be counted for January 1st.
So long, 2016
And so,
this year has come to its end.
As all things
eventually do.
For many, it was a
****** year.
For me,
it was a great year.
It saddens me
to see it go.
I celebrated
the 20th
anniversary of Pokemon.
The five year
anniversary of
One of my
favorite games,
graduating/being in
eighth grade,
starting ninth grade,
my favorite show I did,
and the creation of
an old group chat.
Time will
forever move forward.
Goodbye, 2016.
2017 is
on its way.
Thanks for the memories.

The prompt I used for this poem was on a dream that I had.
The Lizard Man
Imagine yourself at your middle school,
a place you've not attended for ages.
Nostalgia filling your being.
Now imagine kids.
Kids, around the ages of five and eight.
All of them happily running around.
There is however, one thing out of the ordinary.
A Lizard Man.
Just looking at him,
you know things'll be ugly.
It gets worse.
He tells you his favorite meal,
trying to be your friend.
Horrified by what he said,
you throw a glass bottle at him
and flee.
This might be harsh,
but I won't be friends
with a person who takes pride in eating little kids.

I'd like to just say something really quick. As of this moment, I'm doing writing poetry for this thread. I might pick it up again one day, but for a while, its just gonna be done. Thanks everyone for reading my poetry.
