The main set for any Gravity abuser. In Gravity, STAB Stone Edge is now 100% Accurate, meaning that there won't be anymore annoying misses that you have to pay for. Using Earthquake will also allow you to benefit from Gravity. With Stone Edge and Gravity, Earthquake is unresisted, and with 100 base attack and a Life Orb, this set is quite deadly. Dynamic Punch gives you a 100 base Power move that is about 83 % Accurate. On top of that, it always confuses the opponent! This means that your opponent only has a 50% Chance to strike the ever so bulky Regirock. It is reccomended that you use this set with Sandstorm support. Also with Gravity, your DD tar may have the same Stone Edge/Earthquake combo, and what's better is that it is even stronger than Regirock. If anything, this set is a huge bargain with a tank and an overall team player with the cost of only one teamslot.

Alright, this is just like Regirock, only stronger. In Gravity, Blizzard is always 100% Accurate. That's a STAB base 120 move there. Zap Cannon also provides an 83% Accurate 120 base power move. On top of that, Zap Cannon also Paralyzes the opponent 100% of the time. Unless they have Limber, Volt Absorb or Motor Drive that is. Blizzard and Zap Cannon also are known for hitting everything except for Magnezone, Lanturn and Shedinja for neutral. That's amazing. BUT, this set also boasts a strong Focus Blast that is also 100% Accurate. It also means that you can hit both Magnezone and Lanturn for at least neutral. While of course, Shedinja will die to Stealth Rock. Just like Regirock though, Regice can provide team support in the form of Gravity AND Zap Cannon's Paralysis. The Speed evs is so you can outspeed those Pokemon that are Paralyzed.



Both can be used in UU with great results. I raped with a Gravity UU team on HG SS server that had these two Pokemon. Also, you can put Gravity on Registeel, but it doesn't have the stats to really benefit from it.

Because it's very slow to start with. And any Pokemon under 397 speed is outsped. That's alot of OU.

If anyone can come up with better ev spreads, then please do tell me.

Max HP on Regirock means that it can take hits from both sides. And it has the Special Defense from Sandstorm.

And there's no need to give it max Hp. As I said, those evs means that most of OU is slower.
