Max att+ Tyranitar no boosts Stone Edge always ohkos 252 HP 0 def Regice. 120% Is min damage.

Max attack Lucario+ no boosts CC always ohkos 252 hp 0 def Regice. 105% Is min damage.

Max attack Metagross + no boosts MM always ohkos 252hp 0 def Regice. 102% Is min damage.

Max special attack Magnezone Neutral no boosts Flash Cannon 3hkos 252 hp 0 spdef with no SR. 0 Hp is a 2hko.

The only thing that 252 hp can come in handy against is a Scarf Magnezone's Flash Cannon. And that's with no SR.

Dimes, Paralysis brings the opponents Speed to 25%, not 50%. Thus, with a Modest Nature, everything except Ninjask will be outsped anyways. Also, 252 HP EVs with 4 Defense EVs is more effective at taking hits on the Regirock set.
