For future reference. If he made the set he can name it. But since it's something directly off Smogon he needs to use there name.

Starmie is OHKOd by a boosted Poison Jab.
This should not matter as Starmie is in a different tier.
Someone has inquired to me about Swords Dance and Aqua Jet legality. Swords Dance is a TM move in generation 4, however, Gamefreak decided not to let Qwilfish learn it by TM in generation 4 for some reason unknown to mankind. Swords Dance can only be acquired via move tutor in generation 3. Aqua Jet is a breeding move in generation 4 and therefore illegal with Swords Dance.

Good job PIF, but shouldn't there be a Toxic Spikes set?

I apologize this was supposed to be a bad joke. Toxic Spikes is not very useful in UU due to the huge number of grounded poisons, such as the popular Venusaur, Toxicroak and Qwilfish itself to name the popular ones. You would essentially be wasting two turns of set up if the opponent has one of these, which is likely. Also, if used as a suicide Toxic Spiker lead there is a very real chance you will only get one layer up against some opposing leads, such as Alakazam. A single layer of Toxic Spikes could very well hinder your team, something like a poisoned Milotic is much harder to take down than a badly poisoned one or even one without status depending on your team.
