Near, I think we should start with the higher usage Poke's first. Quagsire has a nice niche in OU, but we should do others first.

Quagsire. Ferro is high in usage and all and Thundy is beast an all. But I feel as though Quagsire who has seen his fair share of rough times in the NU tier should get is 5 mins in the lime light.
Edit - He was also one of the few 4th Gen NU Pokes who could do effectively well in OU (I've tested the ******* out many times and had good results). He's also been around since the 2nd generation and has a face that only a heartless murder could hate.
