What moves fit best on AgiliGross?

I use Agility obviously, Meteor Mash and Earthquake, what what move fits the last slot best? Is Zen Headbutt usable, or has poor coverage? If one recommends an elemental Punch, should it be Ice Punch or Thunderpunch?

This is from Smogon's analysis:

The last move depends on what your team has covered. Ice Punch allows Metagross to deal with Gliscor, while ThunderPunch prevents Gyarados from cutting Metagross's sweep short. Zen Headbutt can be used to take down Fighting-types such as Conkeldurr and has a 20% chance of a flinch, but is usually inferior to the other options.

Like it says there, just slap on whatever your team has a weakness to.

Basically what Lavityranitar said here, I would run the moves Agility, Meteor Mash, Earthquake, and either Thunderpunch or Ice Punch. In this generation, I would run Ice Punch solely because of the popularity of Gliscor and certain other Dragons nowadays. Thunderpunch is usable though, mainly to hit water-typed Pokemon, most notably Gyarados.
