I can confirm that it is legal to host a GTS server.
what kind of strain would hosting put on a persons internet bandwidth? if it wasnt going to be too much, i would consider helping host as well if needed. i ask because i have an xbox 360 and ps3 that i also use online and dont want to commit to having a ton of lag.
i know i am new, but i think this is an awesome community. i just want to thank everyone responsible for the awesome event pokemon that i have gotten so far, and i look forward to more and hopefully contributing to the site in general :)

Let me give you an example.
In 5 months of hosting The Global Terminal, my GTS Servers, I've hardly clocked up 1 GB of bandwidth. It's just minute strings of data being sent out. Not resource heavy whatsoever.
