Darkrai Distribution
The official Pokémon site has announced a Darkrai distribution to promote the new Darkrai EX card to be released in the TCG expansion Black & White-Dark explorers. This will be very similar to the Mewtwo distribution commemorating Mewtwo EX. This Darkrai will be distributed on the internet over the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection to English Black & White games. No specific details have been announced, but the site gave us a vague hint: "This elusive Darkrai comes equipped with a set of powerful attacks and a nightmarish Ability!"
We'll have more information on May 9th, when the official site is updated.

Quarreling with Palkias..

I'm guessing that it has spacial Rend, Roar of Time, and its usual ability, Bad Dreams.

The Toys "R" Us Darkrai had Spacial Rend and Roar of Time because TPCi was promoting a movie at the time, in which Dialga and Palkia used those signature moves. I doubt Darkrai will have these moves again, since TPCi isn't promoting a movie...
If I had to make a prediction, I would say that this event will resemble the ANA Darkrai that was released in Japan:
Level: 50
Ability: Bad Dreams
Item: Enigma Berry
Ribbon: Classic Ribbon
Move1: Dark Void
Move2: Ominous Wind
Move3: Faint Attack
Move4: Nightmare

I am fairly certain that its ability will be Bad Dreams. The question, though, comes with the 'powerful attacks'. I'm of the thinking that Darkrai will get a powerful attack or two that it didn't necessarily have access to before, like V-Create on Rayquaza and Electro Ball on Mewtwo. I'm just hoping that, if it is a special move, that it is actually viable on competitive play.

..Not a linear battler...
What if it got something like Aura Sphere?
V-Create is also an interesting option, although info relating to the TCG set really hasn't been mentioned.
I've just noticed that Darkrai doesn't necessarily have a reliable way to deal with Steel Types, and either of those could potentially help round off a set. ;o
