June issue of Corocoro
The June issue of Corocoro has been leaked, and it has more BW2 details! In the upper left corner of the first page, Alder is shown confronting the player. Below, it mentions that N is missing. To the right of Alder, we see Bianca presenting a tray with three Pokéballs on it. In the beginning of the game, Bianca shows the choices for a starter Pokémon; Snivy, Tepig, or Oshawott. Below Bianca, we see Cheren who is the Normal type gym leader in BW2. As one of the first few gym leaders, Cheren is shown battling with a Patrat. At the very bottom of the page, Cheren is standing in the doorway of the trainer school in Hiougi city, while talking to the main player.
On the next page, we see the trio of Pokémon in their new forms. These new forms are called Sacred Beast form. Tornadus is No. 198 in the new Pokédex, weighs 63kg, and is 1.4 meters tall. Thundurus is No. 199, weighs 61kg, and is 3 meters tall. Landorus is No. 200, weighs 68kg, and is 1.3 meters tall. The page on the left shows that the trio of Pokémon in Sacred Beast form can be transferred from the AR Searcher 3DS app to BW2. If you missed our previous article, the AR Searcher app will be available on June 23rd in the Nintendo 3DS eShop for 300 Yen ($4 USD). Below, there are four screenshots from the Pokédex Pro 3DS app, showing Tepig, Ho-Oh, Black Kyurem, and White Kyurem. The Pokédex Pro app will be available on July 14th in the Nintendo 3DS eShop for 1,500 Yen (about $19 USD).
In the next picture, there are various cinematic cut-scenes within the game, featuring the mechanical Tyranitar battling a Typhlosion. This mechanical Tyranitar seems to be a movie prop, in the movie-shooting building, which is the building with a Tyranitar in the front. The mechanical Tyranitar will make an appearance in the anime on June 7th in Japan. Below that, we see another cinematic cut-scene showing a confrontation involving the ice type gym leader Brycen, from Icirrus City. In the background, you can see the Ferris Wheel from Nimbasa City. On the right page, the guitarist Homika is the poison type gym leader, and is seen battling the player.
The last picture features a massive tournament area where you can battle the gym leaders and champions from previous games. So far, we see an assortment of people from Hoenn, Kanto, Jhoto and Sinnoh.
