CoroCoro scans were leaked earlier today revealing the announcement of the Genesect event for Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. At the moment we do not have any information on this event, however what we do know is that the Wi-Fi distribution will begin on August 11th and will end on September 14th for Black 2 and White 2 respectively.
The scans only show that Genesect is a very old Pokemon who has lived for over 300 million years and how it was awakened by Team Plasma. It's #300 in the Unova Pokedex. The scan also mentions Genesects special move Techno Blast. We expect more information to leak at any given time so keep checking back here for more information about this event!

Exciting! Its about time Genesect got revealed.
Its disappointing that the event is only in BW2, though.
If only the 5th generation poke'sav worked I could get one in my White version...
but still, its cool!
Yes, finally!
I generated one in the original black...I wasn't really playing the game so much as I was playing my neighbor... you pull out a genesect in battle and heads are gonna roll. He's a special type tho so I think he's got legendary status even though he's not one technically.
