Game Sync Error 13204, C-Gear and Photoshop

Hi! I'm new here As you can tell from my name I LUV the show GLEE. I have a couple of questions considering my pokemon white, black and black 2 games . First off, I was wondering why I can't access my game sync. I did not input a cheat or w\e I've been playing for quite a while and actually met 649 pokemon Trades, Dream World, Wi-Fi Battles. So why can't I access my game sync? I get the error 13204 so I've tried a bunch of erase pokedex codes that have increased my pokedex for some reason to make it completely full and I am puzzled if someone could please post a working code that erases my pokedex with instructions on how to get my game sync to work. In pokemon black 2 I want to know why I can't apply the new translation patch to my already patched pokemon black 2? I want it to be up to date with translations. I would also admire it if someone could PLEASE tell me what font is used in the member tags and all tags I rlly want to know so I can finally install into my photoshop and make a sig or .gif avatar. I would also like to know if you guys have any video to .gif images thanks. I was also wondering if I can trade from pkmn platinum to white black "2 "2 if so I want to give away all my lvl 100 sinnoh legends and strong pkmn by thanks I hope I fit in at pokestation byeee

First off, to erase your Pokedex data try these codes:

Once you have done that, go and catch a Pokemon. Don't, under any circumstances, try to access your Pokedex. (It will freeze if you do) Go catch a Pokemon and save your game. Restart the game and your Pokedex would be empty with the exception of the Pokemon you caught before saving the game, of course. You game sync and everything should be working now.

As for the patching problem, you need to patch a CLEAN rom! Patching an already patched ROM will not work.
