The official Pokemon website has recently announced that Keldeo will be revealed on their website on August 22nd. Soon after, you'll be able to download the event on September 1st until October 11th for Pokemon Black & White. This event will be distributed in Game and Gamestation stores across the UK. Other European details are similar but store details have yet to be revealed. This event is most likely to be the same as the Japanese and US event. Keldeo's full statistics are expected to be revealed on August 20th, the day Keldeo will be revealed on the American Pokemon website.
In order to change Keldeo into it's Resolution Forme, it must know the move Secret Sword. This move can only be obtained through an event that will take place in Sangi Forest in Black 2 & White 2. Interestingly, Keldeo will change back to its normal forme if, however it forgets the move. It can also learn the move by taking it to the Moor Of Iccirus in Black & White with the legendary trio Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion.
