BW2 GTS Distribution?

Just wondering like how black/white has the free pokemon from gts will & or does bw2 have that ability yet of getting such pokemon in that way? I really don't want to re-get the older versions that i had done this already with >:[

I was able to use GTS just fine to get all the event pokemon back so i didnt have to trade them from pokemon white/black
