Every time I click on the 5th or 4th pokeSav, or anything that has anything to do with transporting pokemon, I get an error message saying that the page couldn't be displayed. This happens to:

1. Online pokeSave for 5th and 4th generation
2. GTS
3. Events

And I cannot download any pokemon period. I set up the wifi and everything. Is someone doing some maintenance on the website. Or is it down period?
