For Emerald, you should probably add an Armaldo. Once Anorith learns Protect at Lv. 31, he is awesome against Norman's Slaking. Just use Protect when he's about to attack and attack when Truant kicks in.
Emerald team I will make later for my next playthrough:
-Torchic/Combusken/Blaziken
-Electrike/Manectric
-Wingull/Pelipper
-Cacnea/Cacturne
-Trapinch/Vibrava/Flygon
-possibly an HM slave, may replace later with something else
I'd like to know if this is a good team and also, what should be my 6th Pokemon? Thanks
Now for my Pokemon Diamond team:
-Chimchar/Monferno/Infernape
-Turtwig/Grotle/Torterra
-Psyduck/Golduck
-Shinx/Luxio/Luxray
-Starly/Staravia/Staraptor
-Geodude/Graveler/Golem
Good Diamond team? Should I change it?

Kind of cheap, but ok. When does Anorith evolve into Armaldo?

Anorith and Lileep evolve at Lv. 40.
I would personally suggest Lileep, but that's only because I've never used Armaldo or Anorith.
You Diamond team seems pretty straight forward. Rock types had a HUGE increase of defense in 4th gen. Golem is a pretty solid choice. I recommend using a different Water type though. Try Gastrodon or Tentacruel.
Was it all worth throwing away?
I guess Gastrodon it is.
