So Shovel Knight is getting an amiibo. This was confirmed by the GAME official twitter, and it was quickly taken down. There were rumors a few days ago about shovel knight getting into smash. Those are looking likely now.....

Although, if he was for Smash, wouldn't his Amiibo have Smash in the upper-left corner? Unless he's getting two, in that case, even better!

Man...I was really hoping he was going to be part of the Smash collection so I could main him, but I think it's a worthy addition for sure. I loved the game and he will sit nicely next to Ness and Ike on my desk.
Let me just say that is the best trailer ever made for an amiibo. I love the game grumps so much.
