Whenever I come home from a really tiring day or whatever, the first thing I do is flop onto my bed or chair, and whether I like it or not, I sleep. It's kind of inevitable, like some kind of dark cloud drifting into my room and doesn't want to leave.
The sleep can last for a few hours or until the next day. It may feel great at the moment, but I always feel like crap whenever I wake up, mostly because I hadn't cleansed myself yet.
It does help alleviate stress.
Other times, I just replay a song over and over again. Music is an amazing thing, and it's why it's my favorite hobby/topic.
