The TRUE starter Pokemon of the region is Rotom confirmed. Now the question is does this count as you catching Rotom or is it just inhabited by a Rotom that belongs to the Pokemon Professor? Also, can you use it in battle?
So, this apparently came out this morning.
We've got a couple names being introduced, some game footage, some legendary battle footage, and some kind of weird Rotom-Pokédex-Toaster-Bread Loaf hybrid.

Wiping out on a wild Rattata..... that's kind of just sad.
I find it funny how three different sites seem to react to this trailer in different ways. One site seems to be freaking out about the professor and assistant and the legendary typings, another seems to be ignoring the trailer and instead focusing on a (probably fake) leak, and here we are focusing on the Rotom.
This is the really important stuff.
Now, the question is, is it an actual Rotom or is the Pokedex just designed to be similar to a Rotom?
Honestly all of this is cool and all but I want to know how easy/difficult this game is. I also can't wait to hear about some new Pokemon. The typings of the legendaries were definitely unexpected to me. Finally a Pokemon game surprised me lol. I still can't get over how actually 3d this game looks. It seems like effort went into it. I guess this is what happens when you take a break for a year. This is why I was happy we didn't get a game last year. I wasn't quite ready to leave Kalos though. I guess I was in the minority on that.
This was basically all my thoughts on everything revealed so far, as I only commented on the starters earlier.
