Sadly, the cheats only worked with gens 4 and 5, and since Wi-Fi support for DS and Wii was abandoned, they're not gonna work with Alpha Sapphire.

There might be some way to bypass it, and there probably is. I'm not gonna claim to be an expert on the matter.
