If we include movies in the series, in Pokemon the 3rd Movie Pichu short Ash had a part for him and Pikachu since it was a year since they had first met. Ash met Pikachu on his birthday and so that would make him 11 on that day (in the short). However the years in Pokemon could be a billion times longer than they are in our world. Or they just never feel like making Ash age.

They need to make PokeSpe into a anime NAO. ;-; Anyway this thread reminds me of the story thing trying to explain why Ash says 10 because he is dead or something. It was a interesting read. Anyway, who would wanna watch the anime after this? That never gets old to me. :]
Meowth is no longer with Team Rocket, but is now travelling around with Ash & Co.
What the plot twist. Personally, I think he's a spy for Giovanni now, who has found out that Ash has foiled many evil schemes in the past (Jessie and James; Team Magma and Aqua; Hunter J; Team Galactic), and believes that Ash can help him hunt down Team Plasma, and is using Meowth to track him, and perhaps even attract N.
Either that, or Meowth is just going to be Ash's other walking buddy forever and they're trying to phase out actual human companions.
Oh dear God I hope he didn't change. It just isn't the same like that. HE NEEDS TEAM ROCKET!
That a impossible question to answer just like how the person who voices Ash is a girl no offense.
