Revenge killing is where you send out another of your pokemon to kill the foe that just killed your previous pokemon. <<< Pretty hard to understand that but...
Edit: The pokemon you send out must be faster than the opponent for it to be considered revenge killing.

Does Mean Look prevent you from switching out to a different pokemon?
Yes. Duh. That's what it says.
Edit: It means that the user can switch, but the affected pokemon cannot
