I've never heard that term. Then again, I'm new to distros as well

PHP is a scripting language. Kyo says that if it's programed in PHP, the GTS won't go offline as much as it has been. ^^

While as stated in the first post that the Pokémon downloaded are legit, I'm just wondering, are they truly legit or just legal ?

I haven't tried the events out yet, so Idk if they actually WORK..... but I'm sure they're legal so... if you downlaod the Celebi one and it works on the Time travel event (HGSS) or the Zorua event (B&W) then they are legit... xD

You just have to make them legit. Don't try anything funny like making your Venusaur learning Hydro Cannon, or giving them all 255 EV and 31 IV everywhere. You'll be detected for sure. Just make them normal pokemon, give them moves they can normally learn, EV and IV that you could really gain and then you can make them Shiny and choose their Nature through the PID. As long as you respect that, what could go wrong ? :)
