Pokemon Black/White (E) (R4DS) on Japanese DS lite?

Uhm, the Nintendo DS Lite is a region free Device.
Only the later models like the wii DSI DSI XL and the 3DS are region locked.

Also let me add one thing, yes the dsi + is region locked, it can still play other region games with a R4 or Acekard 2
The flash cards are region locked, not the software.

I'm sorry, I should of linked you to my video that has a list of all the possible issues with the game.

Let me say one thing..
Don't attempt to soft reset, that crashes the game.
also mess with the settings under options, thats what i did to fix the blank screen.
Sooner or later your able to turn them back on but you have to turn most of the options off to get the game working half the time.
